Bromley Wines

Bromley Wines is a Geelong label made by winemaker Darren, who sources fruit from selected vineyards on the Bellarine Peninsula and in the Moorabool Valley. His experience in retail and as a winemaker in Frankland River, the Barossa Valley and Chianti, and in Geelong since 2007, shapes the style.

The priority is letting each site express itself, with Darren steering the wines gently to bottle and stepping in only when needed. Sources include the Harrison Vineyard on Banks Road near the Bellarine Highway, established by Richard and Margo Harrison in 1999 with four acres of Pinot Noir clones, later joined by Chardonnay. It sits on sandy loam over ironstone clay on a north-facing slope and is hand-pruned.

For Bromley, wine is a family affair.
