Brook Eden is a small, family-owned, sustainably managed vineyard near Pipers Brook in northern Tasmania, about half an hour north of Launceston, making elegant, true cool-climate wines. Owners Ed and Annette usually greet visitors themselves at the cellar door, keen to talk about the vineyard, where good winemaking starts, and how the wines are made.
Visitors can taste the medal-winning wines, buy at cellar-door prices and picnic in the garden beside the vineyard.
After eleven years, Ed and Annette have put Brook Eden up for sale as they look towards their next adventure.
