See Saw is a family-owned, certified organic winery in Orange, New South Wales, which has spent three decades growing grapes and crafting cool-climate wines in Australia's highest wine region. Its wines are a world-class expression of Orange's pure mountain climate, made from estate-grown fruit farmed with sustainable and organic viticulture and turned into balanced, handcrafted wines through minimal-intervention winemaking.
As the name suggests, the philosophy centres on striking a harmonious balance in every part of the work. Sustainability drives every decision on the land and in the business, using innovation, technology and 30 years of farming experience to improve the property, guided by the saying that we do not inherit the earth from our ancestors but borrow it from our children.
The cellar door at Nashdale is pet friendly, welcoming dogs as well as their owners, and the team is a keen promoter of the region, from the annual Orange Wine Festival to winter getaways.
