Sinclair's Gully is a small, biodynamic family vineyard at Norton Summit in the Adelaide Hills, run by Sue and Sean Delaney. Sean, the winemaker, owner and vigneron, handcrafts premium Adelaide Hills sparkling wine using old-world methods in the intimate Sparkling House.
The property is renowned for conservation and sustainable land and business practices, and has won many awards, including a 2007 landholder award for protecting a threatened ecosystem, a 2010 National Landcare People's Choice Award, repeated state and national awards for sustainable tourism and ecotourism, and induction into the South Australian Tourism Hall of Fame in 2012.
Cellar door visits include discussions with Sue and Sean about the biodynamic vineyard, conservation and their sparkling journey.
